Faculty & Facilities

Because Keiser University focuses so heavily on individualized attention, the faculty members must be onboard with the agenda. The student-to-instructor ratio is intentionally low to allow for more one-on-one time. Students also attend only one class at a time for a month each, so they get the opportunity to really know their instructors.

In order to best prepare students to step into the health care world, Keiser University offers education in modern, up-to-date facilities. Classroom instruction includes the use of equipment that will typically be found out in the workplace. Unlike many “career schools,” Keiser University actually has student housing on its Fort Lauderdale campus. The school is also a part of five different regional library cooperatives, which means that students have access to literally millions of library resources.

Accreditation

Keiser University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award certificates and degrees at the associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctoral levels. Contact the Commission on Colleges at 1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, Georgia 30033-4097 or call 404-679-4500 for questions about the accreditation of Keiser University.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
